Durham, NC Council Declares Metropolis a ‘Fourth Modification Office’


In a unanimous vote Tuesday, Durham Metropolis Council handed a decision to make the North Carolina metropolis a “Fourth Modification Office,” rising protections for metropolis employees towards U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids and arrests.
